I’ve been using their services since 2023, and they never disappoint. Professionalism combined with great experienced mechanics. They know what they’re doing. Everytime my vehicle goes there, they perform basic checks and keep you informed about routine maintenance needs without being pushy(and without unfair practices). They’re my go to place for routine maintenance.

We took our vehicle into Tony and his team and I can't say enough about their service. They took the car in on a weekend, did an initial diagnosis on a Saturday and then further diagnosis on Monday. Gave us a range of cost, fixed the problem and came in at the low end of the estimate. Just a great experience start to finish. Would highly recommend them!

I have a very good experience with TQ Auto Care on King Street Waterloo. My car had a problem on Saturday morning when I drove it to work a few weeks ago. I found TQ online and called. Tony answered the phone. He was so nice and friendly. I went there at lunch time and met Tony and Gail. Gail was so nice and explained everything to me and suggested that my car break pad and rotor need changed soon. Later he called me and followed up and offered parts for me. I went there again on Thursday noon time. Tony was there. He was so nice and patient and answered every question I asked. I like to fixed my car there. I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much for everyone Who I met there. They did a great job !
