Great place, Amazing people. I went with my car having headlight issue. The store manager Tony helped me addressing issue right away and the team gave me a fair price right away. The whole vibe of the place is so good better then any manufacturer service centers.

Had a really great oil change experience at TQ. These guys were kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. It was a quick service and they were very thorough. They offered a very fair price and were very helpful in choosing which package to use. As a first time customer it was a really good experience and I would recommend TQ to anyone in KW.

I have was not so happy with the first experience at the Kitchener location. However, I had a good experience at the Waterloo (University Ave) store. The receptionist Tony was very attentive and the mechanics were friendly and resolved my concerns.
