Had a great experience at TQ Auto Care! I found them through Google reviews — over 900 reviews with a 4.7 rating, which says a lot. Consistently earning that kind of trust from so many customers isn't easy, and now I understand why. The service was quick and efficient — in and out with no long wait. The shop itself is clean and open spaced which gave me a lot of confidence. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend TQ Auto Care to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

Amazing customer service and actual mechanical services. Came in about a month ago with a starter issue, fixed no problem and very reasonable pricing. Ended up hitting a raccoon a couple of weeks later and it had knocked my exhaust heat shield off. Brought it in for a quick fix and left with them fixing it on the house. Seems like a one of a kind honest shop. Highly recommend.

I worked with Sabah at the front desk and he was very helpful and nice. I am very picky with where I get oil changes and they had a great price with a $25 off promo. For my 2016 hknda crv it ended up being under $100 for full synthetic oil and filter. Service was also very quick (15-20 minutes). No rip offs or scams here. Great shop!

I recently brought my vehicle in for the 90,000 km major maintenance service and had all-around brake replacement along with a new set of Michelin tires installed. TQ Auto is my go-to for any tire, oil change or mechanical needs. Lovepreet and Shuba at the front are always friendly, helpful, and take the time to clearly set expectations. Their team works quickly and efficiently, and they’ve always been upfront and honest about costs and any work required. They take the time to answer questions, and genuinely take pride in what they do. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend — 10/10 service every time!

Perfect! The staff was very helpful, I got a flat tire the night before, I called first thing the next morning and they advised to bring the car in. I dropped the car off and with in 30 min they were able to look at my car/tire and check all remaining tires. I was advised I had to change all 4. I brought my all seasons in and they swapped all tires for me in about an hour. Very friendly, reasonable prices and very understanding. Will Definitely be going back for other services.

I get all my oil changes done at Total Quartz, Westmount location. The staff is friendly and very good at communicating the issues. They also show you the problem and explain why a certain part needs replacing. I would choose this shop instead of going to the dealer.

These gentlemen are highly recommended. Its not easy for a woman to go into a shop without feeling like their being taken advantage of regarding what the vehicle "needs". Brought my car in from out of town as wipers were not working. Right from the beginning they were all amazing. Unfortunately because I was out of town the part would not be in on time. They lossened the bolts on the wiper so no damage would be done to my car or the wipers. Highly recommend them. A definite 5 stars in my books all around. Such great and honest experience for me

I had a small suspension issue with my mazda and stopped by Total Quartz Auto Service in Kitchener. The team checked it right away and fixed it in about 10 to15 minutes. I stop by to have a mechanic look at a raddled noise coming from underneath my car and Shubha Kar the store manager was very efficient and professional , mechanic took my car for a drive , came back and put it on the lift , it worked out the it was a simple loose cover but Ya great service . Yesterday my wife pulled into total auto care, needed to replace 2 tires. The pot hole in KW are horrible! Pot holes everywhere. Caleb the service advisor and Angle both of those guys are awesome! Great customer service hands down!! I will be returning, and these days great customers service and honesty is hard to find. 2019 Audi A3.

I went to TQ Auto Care for transmission oil change, only to find out that the name brand corporate "Blue logo on yellow background" place, I used for an emergency oil change, a few months before ripped my air intake hose (and neglected to notify me). TQ Auto Care replaced this quickly along with the regular maintenance required and my car is running at 15% greater fuel efficiency. Awesome work as always from these people! Located behind the Harvey's at Westmount and Highland Rd.
