This isn't my first time visiting Total Quartz, and the customer service has always been excellent. Renny, at the front desk, was friendly, thorough, and clear in explaining everything about my vehicle. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, as the pricing was transparent, and future service recommendations were clearly outlined. I will definitely be back!

I’m from downtown Toronto and I had a bit of car troubles while working in kitchener. I brought my car to them at about lunch time worried that I wouldn’t be able to make it back downtown (home) after work thinking the shop would close before they got around to fixing it . But they managed to get the parts ( ignition coil 2 ) + new spark plugs as my car was misfiring . They fixed it JUST BEFORE they closed up shop for the day and I was able to drive home and get stuck in horrid traffic but non the less ! They fixed my baby and it runs great 🥰

We've been to Total Quartz a number of times now and we've always been happy with the service, their expertise, their willingness to discuss options, quotes, future potential fixes, things to keep an eye on. I've been really pleased each time I've gone and don't feel they're taking advantage of me as I've never lost my breath when handed a bill. I'll continue to take our vehicle there.

Took my car to a different garage to have my winter tires put on & left with a list of suggested repairs totaling around $1700, came into Total Quartz to get a second opinion & only ended up paying for the half hour of labor it took them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car ( I actually had to insist they charge me for the labor). They obviously care about their reputation & I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on. Update: I have continued to use Total Quartz over the last 12 months & have had nothing but positive experiences, if you don't want to feel a like you're paying for potentially unnecessary repairs bring your car here. Update Sept 2024: I have continued to get my car serviced here over the last 3 years & have continued to have the same positive experiences.

It was recommended by a friend who goes here, I 1st went for an oil change and I got a good deal, I’ve been back twice now. They are friendly and helpful, as a woman I find it hard to find a good garage that I can trust, I have been ripped off by another garage so I ask friends if they can recommend a good garage that’s trustworthy. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest garage. I hope I don’t need to go back again for awhile now, but if I needed to I would go there.

I brought my vehicle here last week after a few weeks of rattling noises. I’m very skeptical about trying new mechanics because I’ve been burned in the past by dishonest people BUT Total Quartz was absolutely outstanding! They looked everything over and told me the exact issue and gave me quite a few choices regarding options and pricing and I was very thankful for that! They did what needed to be done and didn’t push me for any extras. I’ll definitely be back!

Quick, fair, knowledgeable. Been there a few times now and had nothing but great service and good communication. Also: "One Arm Bob" is everything you could ask for when it comes to someone who deals with the public. Funny, up beat, full of positive energy. Made my wait (was a few people ahead of me and I was getting brakes/oil/tires/etc all done) an absolute pleasure. Never seemed to stop working, even while chatting with customers and keeping people smiling. I've got 10+ years of customer service experience and he's absolutely the best kind of person to work with, or be served by.

UPDATE! Since posting this review, I've visited Total Quartz a number of times and have decided to change my rating. I give them 10 stars!!!!!! Every time they are professional, honest and absolutely the best auto maintenance place in the K-W area. I've used Total Quartz Kitchener many times for 3 cars and have been absolutely impressed with the high quality of service and price.. Other places recommends filter and other services when doing ab oil change. TQ only recommends what I need. I recently had the transmission control module fail in a Ford Focus with 58,000 km on it. They looked at it, identified the issue and recommended I have the car towed to a Ford dealer because the car was under warranty. No charge. Any other place charges at least $100 to plug in the analyzer. They have a customer for life.
