Went to visit the shop on a Friday afternoon to check AWD alignment cost. Caleb was extremely helpful to share the details and to my surprise Caleb and the team completed the alignment before 5PM as I waited! The price was competitive. Caleb and the team were professional, and efficient. I will go back here for other works

I've been to TQ Auto Care a few times now with two different vehicles, and every experience has been outstanding. The first time, I went in for a tire and rim swap, and the team was friendly, helpful, and got everything done quickly. After a week, I came back because I had a steering vibration. They took the time to diagnose it, balanced my tires, and didn't charge me for it since they had previously worked on my tires. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. Most recently, I brought in a different car because of a noise and vibration coming from underneath. The technicians spent about half an hour inspecting it, removed the skid plate, cleaned everything up, and got to the root of the issue. Once again, when it came time to pay, they didn't charge me. I was genuinely grateful for their professionalism and integrity. What really stands out about TQ Auto Care is that it's not just the front office that's excellent, the mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about doing the job right. You can tell they take pride in their work and aren't interested in selling you repairs you don't need. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience every time I've visited. The only minor downside is that the waiting area gets quite a bit of direct sunlight, so it can get a little warm. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!

Came to these guys for some brake work and was not disappointed at all. Caleb, the service advisor I spoke with, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! He answered all of my questions and made sure my vehicle was fully looked after from start to finish. Amit and the other techs servicing my Toyota Camry did a superb and incredibly efficient job - was in and out in less than a couple of hours! I could not be happier with the results. Got my car repaired today at this location and couldn't be happier with the service, my friends and I will always come to this location. Caleb had incredible service at the front desk and over the phone when I was calling for updates throughout the day. A gentleman named Sylvio fixed my car and it is running smoothly, I don't know what you did Sylvio but I don't hear that clunking noise anymore! I have been using the University Avenue TQ for a while. I have very good service and the prices are fair. I am not getting an upsell call either. They fix what you ask. I have a bad egr valve as well. No up sell to fix it immediately.

I had a really great experience here. Tristen was exceptionally helpful. I was on the phone back and forth with them a good five times trying to figure out what tires to put on my vehicle, and Tristen was SO patient and helpful and cheerful! And on top of that, the prices they gave me were good. I have been using TQ Auto Care for a few years now, but a different location. I have always had great experiences with them but I was really exceptionally pleased by Tristen's help this time! Highly recommend!
