I came here a few years ago for a tire swap so I decided to go back again to get a slow leak fixed. I got there early as no appointments accepted. They brought my car in and serviced it right away. No high pressure sales, but they recommended a rear brake job and showed me the worn pads so I decided to let them go ahead. Rates were very reasonable and service was quick - finished everything around noon. Bob is the nicest service advisor and he was great to deal with. Very glad I decided to change the brakes as some idiot pulled out of a side road in front of me today and I’m sure I would have hit them if the brakes weren’t new.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was helped by Bob. I’ve been to total quartz many times over the years and have always been provided great, friendly, professional service. Bob spent the time to explain the upcoming services that are due per the owners manual and was very transparent with pricing and answered all our questions.

I just had an oil spray (undercoat) and oil change for a very reasonable price!! Bob, the Manager, , like me, is very, hmmm, how shall I put this? Frugal? Lol, so he appreciates a great deal like he gave me!! He was a delight to deal with and the rest of the staff had me in and out of there in a very short amount of time. They also checked my other fluids and topped up my coolant. I work in the industry and I would recommend these guys for any of your automotive needs!!

They do rust proofing now! I took my car in for an oil change and found out they do rust proofing too. Jumped at the chance to have it done by this team, rather than another company. I've been going here for over 3 years and have always had exceptional service. They only recommend things that are needed, or close to it. So much nicer sitting in a waiting room watching TV, in a comfy lounge chair sipping on complimentary water, while they do my oil change. I have gone here for tires as well. The team is awesome courteous and professional.

Being 64 yrs old I’ve had a few cars in my lifetime and mechanics. My current car is 12 yrs old. This has honestly been the best experience I’ve have ever had. They reviewed, explained and gave tips about what my car needed and didn’t need. Very knowledgeable. No hard sell just honest details about what I needed. I am very happy with the recent synthetic oil change completed on my 2010 Honda Civic. The attendant mentioned how well my car had been maintained, did not suggest any additional services required (there were none!) and did note a certain item I should watch and mention to my own mechanic. The waiting area was clean, cold water offered while I waited and the whole experience took only about 35 minutes. This location is convenient and I shall return!

Had to go in last minute today to get a check engine light diagnostic test. Bob and the mechanics made the experience a fantastic one! Incredible service from first stepping foot in the place, right up to our car waiting for us at the door when we left! Bob made sure we understood things comprehensively and clearly, walked us through everything that was being done at all times and made sure we were aware of what we were being charged, etc. will definitely be returning here for an undercoat and any future work if needed! Highly recommend :)

This place is awesome!! I had a flat tire but unfortunately the key for my lug nuts was nowhere to be found. They tried everything they could to help me but to no avail. They pumped up my tire to enable me to get to a Nissan dealer where they have a master key. They went over and above and didn't even charge for their time. Great customer service!! Thanks so much!
