Tony and his team are the best!! No matter the issue they are always friendly and fast. I recommend them for everything.. I was just in for my gas door cable failing. It was just the latch and that’s what they replaced said the cable was in great shape.. any other place would have just replaced it all and charged me more. Awesome job guys keep it up!!

I can’t say enough good things about this garage. Mechanics are friendly, efficient and hard working. Gill and Tony provide exceptional customer service that deserves to be recognized. My bro Tony is the best adviser here. I had my brake system serviced and replaced there. If anything goes wrong, they will help you to fix it without charging you money. The price is fair and safe place to go.

My front bearing started grinding on the weekend before I was scheduled to leave Tuesday lunchtime for a road trip. My regular mechanic was booked solid, but suggested TQ. I went there Monday afternoon and Tony said, "It's busy but we'll squeak you in". Tuesday at 1:00 I picked up the car and was on my way. Thanks for getting me back on the road in time!

I don't live in KW anymore, but I was visiting and had a few hours to kill. I was having an issue with my hood latch so I popped in. The brought my car in right away and had me fixed in no time. The service was amazing. Im an out-of-tower now but I will definitely travell back to give these guys my service in the future.

Exceptal friendly service. I found Tony, very helpful and eager to help. The whole experience had a family like atmosphere relaxed, no pressure. Tony was very knowledgeable regarding our purchase, tires. We were able to leave the car there and less than an hour my car had 4 new tires at a great price with customer service that went above and beyond. I recently took my car to TQ to deal with a leaky tire. They were able to have a look immediately and did the repair on the spot. Not only are they really efficient and competitively priced, but they are so kind! I’ve always felt like I can trust this team. I will go to this place first every time. I brought my 2007 Honda CR-V to TQ Auto Care on King St for an oil change and fluid service, and the experience was exceptional. Tony is a true professional—kind, honest, and incredibly proactive. He actually gave me expert advice on things I was already worrying about but hadn't mentioned yet, like winter tire replacement and the requirements for moving a vehicle across the border. To top it off, Tony applied an in-store discount I didn't even know existed and gave me coupons for my next visit. The technician was incredibly thorough and did a "super job" looking over my older vehicle. It is hard to find this level of integrity and care in the industry. Highly recommended!

Came in today to get my car serviced and was greeted by Tony. He was well-informed and did an excellent job answering all of my questions, ensuring that everything I purchased was compatible with the vehicles I needed them for. He also brought to my attention that some factory-recommended servicing was due soon, which funnily enough, is something the Infiniti dealership has failed to do in the past... it was strictly informative, no upselling or pressuring to get anything done immediately -- I appreciate that kind of service. In general, all of my TQ Auto Care experiences have been great, all of the staff I've met across multiple locations are very friendly and willing to assist you. I'd recommend going there to anyone in Waterloo region

I don't write reviews often but Tony was fantastic and I had a great experience. I came in around opening on a Wednesday morning and was the only one in there at the time. It was about a 25 minute turnaround for a full synthetic oil change. Very pleased and will certainly be coming back.

Excellent customer service from Tony. It’s nice to go to a garage that knows exactly what is wrong when you go in and mention what is happening with my vehicle. My right blinker wasn’t working. Tony was able to bring my vehicle in right away and fix it. I will return for all my vehicle repairs.
