I had a great experience at TotalEnergies. I went there to replace my tire, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The reception was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of service was very good. I had an issue with my engine shield dragging and got to know about TQ Auto Care from Gemini 😅. I drove right in and was received by Tristen (an absolutely nice guy!). He quickly got Angel to fix the issue on my car with some zip-ties. The level of care and customer service was something I wouldn't have ever imagined 💥. Top service and incredibly fast. Took my 2016 Dodge Challenger in for various issues with the front suspension and brakes. The customer service was professional and expedient. They were able to diagnose the issues and ordered the necessary parts for repiars. Aaron was my technician and fixed my car up so good that it feels like a new car! Absolutely incredible service. Will be servicing my cars with TQ from now on.

This place has been my go-to auto service in recent years. Even though my car is older, it runs so smooth thanks to these folks! Angel was the technician who took care of my car last time, and I think they charge just the right amount for great work. Very friendly and chill crew! I think my knowledge on how cars work and how they're meant to be maintained is pretty sub-par, but the team is always patient with me in explaining things until the lightbulb in my head finally turns on (I'm sorry 😅). I've been going to them routinely to get my oil and tires changed, and they helped realign my tires as well! I appreciate their honesty and transparency - they've been my go-to ever since the auto-shop next to my residence relocated. Just keep in mind that they are first come first serve, so arrive earlier in the day if you're tight on time.

What really stood out was how welcomed I felt to ask questions, every single one was met with genuine kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge. The experience never felt rushed or dismissive, only supportive and educational. I also want to recognize the mechanic who worked directly on my vehicle. He was an older gentleman who took the time to walk me through all of my options, whether repairing my car or considering replacing it, and explained everything honestly so I could make the best decision for my situation. His genuine care stood out immediately, it truly felt like he was looking out for me the way a parent would, prioritizing safety, practicality, and long-term well-being over profit. He never once made me feel pressured, and his advice was rooted in what was safest and most affordable, not what would benefit the shop financially. Exceptional service by Caleb and his colleagues He took my car in right away; diagnosed/road-tested it and fixed it within an hour. Very nice and efficient service. Best of all: he deemed that it was such a minor repair that I was not charged anything! Definitively calling Total Quartz - Can Auto Care in Waterloo my new go-to auto repair place.
