I had an excellent experience at this auto shop. The staff at front desk Shubha and lovepreet , knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting the work. They finished my repair faster than expected, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest and dependable — I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance.

Super nice people and incredible service. I have never seen people LINED UP to get winter tires put on like I did this Saturday morning, yet it only took them 2 hours to get through TEN people in front of me. Great price for tire swap, and oil changes here are amazing too. Strongly recommend

My one place to go to for all my car problems. The guy at the front desk Shubha - he is knowledgable, respectful and does not think any question is a stupid question hence you do not feel condescended unlike other places that you go to. But he also will give you everything straight, so there is no coddling of the problem. Next, the mechanics, Divyesh and Lovepreet, don't be fooled they just look young, their hands have felt every little dug-dug when your car turns or smelt that funny burning smell that you think is just the road or seen that cross threaded bolt that your uncle said, It is OK. They are quick at their job but meticulous at their craft.

To try and save costs in replacing my LED tailight housing this shop helped me procure one used tailight housing from a local wreckers to see if it would work. It didn't, but the day was almost over and they told me to come back first thing next Business days so they could diagnose the electrical system. I came back and they took my car in right away. 20 minutes later the diagnosis came back that I had to replace the two rear tailight assemblies. They run about $1100.00 each. They did not charge for the diagnostic. The shop called the wreckers, got a credit for the used part and ordered the new ones. When the new parts arrived they took my car in right away, replaced the assemblies in about 30min. They did not charge me any labor for putting the new tailight assemblies on. And they applied my first bill to the cost of the new parts. They also notice that my windshield washer light was on and filled it for me . I have been going to the same repair shop for 30 years, and over the last 2 years have felt that the prices are skyrocketing and personal service disappearing. TQ has renewed my trust in Mechanics and have all my business from now on. Thanks guys, my wife and I REALLY appreciate your help !!!

I visited TQ Auto Care for the first time for an inspection on the recommendation of a Korean friend. My car has 117,000 km on it. They said that I need to replace the front shock absorbers, rear brake rotors, pads, and brake clippers. I found out that the brake rotors were rusted and not functioning properly. Shubha showed me the rusted parts directly so I could understand them well. I asked Shubha a lot of questions because I wanted to know more, and he was easy to understand and kind. And I replaced the damaged front shock absorbers today. I decided to come back a few days later to fix the rear brakes because my budget was limited. And they gave me a one-year warranty and told me to come back anytime if I had any problems with the repaired parts. Shubha, who works at the front desk, is the best professional technician who communicates with customers honestly, transparently, and quickly. I think the front desk is the face of the company. I have decided to have all my car maintenance done by TQ auto from now on and I highly recommend TQ AUTO Kitchener. I wish all the technicians working at TQ Kitchener always safety and good luck. I went to TQ Auto Care for an oil change and ended up deciding (of my own accord) to get underbody coating done as well. They were quick to inspect other fluids in the car and not upsell unnecessary options (eg. Unnecessary transmission oil change etc.) They also quickly and efficiently replaced my broken down controller arm and bearing with new quality replacements. My civic is driving like new again! Best autocare store in Kitchener for service and quality in my opinion! Located behind the Harvey's at Westmount and Highland Rd.
