I have a very good experience with TQ Auto Care on King Street Waterloo. My car had a problem on Saturday morning when I drove it to work a few weeks ago. I found TQ online and called. Tony answered the phone. He was so nice and friendly. I went there at lunch time and met Tony and Gail. Gail was so nice and explained everything to me and suggested that my car break pad and rotor need changed soon. Later he called me and followed up and offered parts for me. I went there again on Thursday noon time. Tony was there. He was so nice and patient and answered every question I asked. I like to fixed my car there. I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much for everyone Who I met there. They did a great job !

Ran into a nail on the road and pulled into the first parking lot I could which was here. I walked in and asked the person at the front desk if I could throw my car up in the lift for just a minute to see if the nail had punctured my tire or hit anything else under the car. The person at the front was happy to help and put my car up on the lift for a quick inspection. Great service and super friendly people!

I was driving through the parking lot when I was flagged down unexpectedly by Bob, who was heading to his car at the end of his work day. He told me he could hear something dragging underneath my car and confirmed his suspicion after taking a look. I imagine he just wanted to go home but he took my car into the shop and gave me a quick fix on the spot to a problem I didn’t even know I had. He was a pleasure to chat with and is obviously very passionate about his job. This level of customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Bob, I’ve made a new best friend!
