I had THE BEST experience here. Easy, no nonsense, good speed, fair prices. Felt that I could trust them implicitly and that is a really good feeling not often experienced in an auto repair shop. I was here for seasonal tire swap. They managed to accommodate my request on a short notice. Also helped me identify that my brake pads were wearing off and helped me take notice of whats vital for the health of my suv. Now I don’t tremble at the thought of “bringing the car in”. Would unreservedly recommend any and all to Total Care Auto Centre on University Avenue opposite from 711 and Tattoo Piercing respectively. I hope you all get the same level of amazing service I had. The key is be polite and respectful. And see them do everything to make that extra effort to give you that piece of mind you need for your ride. Happy summers everyone!

They said they would do it, and they did it Came in for wheel alignment work, was taken care of that same day. Straight up and fair deal. So happy to be back on the road with great grip, Thankyou guys. 10/10 would recommend.

Dropped off my car to have the gas cap release looked at as it was stuck and I had to use a wrench to get it moving. Tony as always was there with a smile and great service. They called a few hours later they had managed to get it moving freely and working like a charm!! They advised it might at sometime need to be replaced but it was working now. This is a great team of guys doing their best to keep peoples cars working with a great attitude and always willing to do that bit of extra to make you feel like a welcome customer!

I always go here for getting my car fixed and they always suggest if you should replace a part or not. I always ask for advise from them and they always gives me the best suggestions. On last December, I went there as I had issues with my tires and I heard a noise while taking turns. They test drove my car for 2,3 times and told me it was an issue from the tires and nothing to worry. Also, they charged me nothing for that. They always try to satisfy their customers and I'll go back to them if my car come across with any issues

My car was making grinding noise from one of the brakes. Also needed tire change. Not only did they fix the issue, but they patched up a nail that was on the winters. Changed my tires, fixed the brakes (parts had to be ordered), all 4 brakes all within 2 days. I am very happy with Tony and total quartz with service. Not only did my car get fixed total for everything was very good, and no, they did not try to upsell like other places.

Amazing team. Super fast working, reliable, well priced and incredibly friendly. I had my 1996 BMW 328i towed to this shop as my car was having issues. I called the shop and they had all my issues fixed the next day. 10/10. Probably my favourite shop in all of Waterloo!

I highly recommend Tony at Total Quartz car care. For the second time today, he didn’t charge me for services that he felt they couldn’t complete. This honesty and customer care is unusual in the car, auto repair business. These guys have earned my loyalty.

I don’t normally care to write reviews, but this place deserves a good one. All four of my brakes and brake pads were kaput, I called 4 other places including my vehicles dealership, quotes were tiptoed around with a wait of 2+ weeks to get the car in. Total Quartz was upfront and to the point regarding price and is a first come first serve basis so I took my car in and it was fixed up same day. Great service for vehicles and customers.

I stopped in with my truck for an oil change and check out my cooling system. Tony and Trystan got my truck in quickly and serviced the truck and special thanks to Chris for spending some extra time to diagnose my coolant problem and reassure me it was a non issue! We have been coming to Total for a while now and this is not the first time we have received this type of service from Total Quartz, they always treat us well and often go above and beyond in the services they provide They look after our family members vehicles as well. Total Quartz is the ONLY place that we will bring our cars for service. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. Being able to drop in whenever our schedule suits us is a bonus. My husband discovered a loose piece of metal on his car today, dropped in, and was in and out in 15 minutes. They are warranty approved and always stand by their work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic auto shop, I have been going to this location for year's. Only time I didn't was for convenience and I regret going somewhere else. Tony is amazing, he has usually been my point of contact and always remembers me. Tristian helped us today and he was fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional and most importantly they take good care of the vehicles they are servicing. Prices are amazing and they almost always have fantastic deals. Just got my oil done for 50% off! $60 for full synthetic is great. 10/10 would and do recommended to family and friends and anyone reading this review.

These guys were the absolute nicest. They were able to check out my car super quickly and help me calm down when I was panicking on some damage that happened to my car. This morning I had an issue with my hood not latching properly after I had filled the windshield washer fluid. I took my car to Total Quartz on University Ave in Waterloo to have it looked at and was astonished by the level of professionalism and willingness to help. The gentleman that I dealt with got my car in quickly, fixed the issue within 5 minutes, and sent me on my way! I will definitely be returning to have future repairs fixed.
