10/10 experience from the moment I showed up to the end. I came in to check if I had a nail in my tire. Peter, Van, and Prem did an amazing job to triple check if I had any issues. With the high level of customer service I think this team deserves a 5 star review. Thanks again!

Very good service! I changed my winter tires every season right here, it takes only half an hour, which very efficient! When customer have any questions, they will try their best to give you the perfect answer. This time when I change the tires and I ask can they also check the brakes, and they accept, with no extra charge!

Had to take my car in for an alignment (after a previous mechanic didn't do it properly). Bob was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me in. I was in and out within less than an hour and able to work while waiting in the comfy lounge. No upsells or surprises, just great service and quality work. Hard these days to find shops you can trust like these guys!

I came in for some basic tune up work and was surprised by how quickly they got everything done. The attendant, Rob or Bob (he was larger guy with a ponytail, was really helpful and helped me understand what i needed to get done. Will certainly be bring my car back the next time i have any issues.

I had a fantastic time at Total Quartz - Can Auto Care while getting an oil change and winter tires. They really went out of their way to help me, arranging an appointment on the same day. The waiting area was great with complimentary water and television. I'll surely come back for any tire-related needs in the future. Their service was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and helpful team. They're looking to save you money where they can, offering options at different price points while explaining the pros and cons of each choice. They take the time to answer all of your questions. Kudos to Bob at the front desk for killing it. Be aware that the shop is set up on a 'first come, first serve' basis, so call in, show up early, or be prepared to wait if there's a line. Comfy chairs in the waiting area and washroom access are a plus. Our household are repeat customers

I have been coming here for years because I feel they have had the best price on synthetic oil changes because of the coupon they offer. As well, the service this year specifically was fantastic. Bob answered all my questions throughly, made suggestions and did not make me feel as though I was making unnecessary purchases. I asked bob to look at my coolant because I had issues with it previously depleting rapidly due to a broken rad fan causing it to overheat the rad. (Something another mechanic had failed to notice during an oil change which basically coincidently happened at the same time). Bob made sure to check it and also let me know everything else looked good and gave me some pointers of what maintenance is to be expected in the future and why. It was a personable experience and quality service.

They went above and beyond to accommodate me, scheduling a same-day appointment and even staying late to ensure a complete service. The waiting room was fantastic, offering free water bottles and TV.
