The low tire signal exists when we drive on the highway. And we find this high-quality store, and Abdullah kindly helped us check the tire pressure and reset our system. He quickly and professionally fixed our issue. Great store and great employees!

Can't say enough good things about this place! This auto shop genuinely cares about you and your vehicle and puts the customer's needs first. Prices are conpetitive, justification is provided prior to any work being completed, and ultimately, no work is completed without your approval. I have completed several oil changes and larger repairs (brakes, air conditioning, etc.) and the work has always been completed in a timely and professional manner. The service manager, Caleb, is fantastic. You won't regret bringing your vehicle here.

I went to Total Quartz for a last minute fix for outer tie rods of my Rogue and Tristen, Caleb, and the mechanic Preet were very helpful and fast. I'm grateful for how thorough and fast they worked. I was told that I had to leave my car so they could fix it the next day because it wasn't safe to drive. So I called multiple rental companies but they were out of rental cars. The mechanic Preet was able to fix the car before they closed and I got my car back after 2 hours! I didn't need to rent a car at all. They do amazing work!

Premtim and Caleb were extremely professional, polite, and provide excellent customer service! You truly get a sense that the customer matters to them and not just another number. I brought in a 2022 Kia Forte for an alignment, which didn't center-align because of uneven tire wear. So, they rotated the tires (now it drives perfectly) and they refused to accept payment for it. Very much appreciated and will be coming back again!

Tony and the crew at TQ Auto Care are top-notch! They replaced the brakes on my Ford F-150, and the truck feels brand new. Caleb was very accommodating, making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Excellent experience! Had my car towed to the shop and they were able to help me out quickly. They have clear and transparent communication with the customer. Caleb at the front desk was very professional and answered many questions over phone. They are honest and have fair pricing, and they make sure to confirm the quotes with the customer at every step. My car was making grinding noise from one of the brakes. Also needed tire change. Not only did they fix the issue, but they patched up a nail that was on the winters. Changed my tires, fixed the brakes (parts had to be ordered), all 4 brakes all within 2 days. I am very happy with Tony and total quartz with service. Not only did my car get fixed total for everything was very good, and no, they did not try to upsell like other places. Update came back today for some noise and they found some rocks under a panel. Fast and excellent service will always come back here.

From the start - Prem, Bob, and the entire front end staff were courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. My oil change was quick and I received updates throughout the process. I dropped my vehicle off and went over to Boston pizza for a bite and the service was completed before the meal finished. Highly recommend. Boston pizza was good too. :)
