Quick, fair, knowledgeable. Been there a few times now and had nothing but great service and good communication. Also: "One Arm Bob" is everything you could ask for when it comes to someone who deals with the public. Funny, up beat, full of positive energy. Made my wait (was a few people ahead of me and I was getting brakes/oil/tires/etc all done) an absolute pleasure. Never seemed to stop working, even while chatting with customers and keeping people smiling. I've got 10+ years of customer service experience and he's absolutely the best kind of person to work with, or be served by.

UPDATE! Since posting this review, I've visited Total Quartz a number of times and have decided to change my rating. I give them 10 stars!!!!!! Every time they are professional, honest and absolutely the best auto maintenance place in the K-W area. I've used Total Quartz Kitchener many times for 3 cars and have been absolutely impressed with the high quality of service and price.. Other places recommends filter and other services when doing ab oil change. TQ only recommends what I need. I recently had the transmission control module fail in a Ford Focus with 58,000 km on it. They looked at it, identified the issue and recommended I have the car towed to a Ford dealer because the car was under warranty. No charge. Any other place charges at least $100 to plug in the analyzer. They have a customer for life.

The only shop I’ve felt confident bringing my car to, without worrying they’ll overcharge me (this happens often, as a woman). They’re knowledgeable and reliable. My mom recommended them to me and now I recommend them to everyone I know. The customer service can’t be beat. While I can’t say I look forward to car repairs, I’m happy to give them my business.

Went in to replace read brake pads, rear rotors, and rear calipers. Installation went well but after I received my car I noticed my brake pedal was a little light and had no resistance. I called them back and Shuba(I believe that's his name) and his team took my car in right away and fixed it up for me with no issues. I will always come to this mechanic. Plus, the first come first serve is beautiful. Nobody want to make an appointment that's several days away when you need your car ASAP. Keep up the great work guys!

I would highly recommend Total Quartz for your car service needs. They really helped us out of a jam with our tire and were able to get us a replacement very quickly. Their prices were very fair and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They have now gained our business for All of our future vehicle needs.

Amazing service, polite and incredibly helpful staff. I came in for a popped tire and ended up leaving with full fluids, an amazingly priced set of snow tires (which were very much needed) The staff was informative and answered every question I had. I've found that at other mechanics, that I was spoken to and treated differently because I'm a woman but here I was met with equality, respect and genuine customer service. Went for help with low beam bulb change and Shubha Kar what gem of a person he did it for free. I do most of the car repair myself but I was stuck with this one. Also shout out to shubha he gave me 50 percent off on oil change too. What a experience!!
