BFGoodrich Tires in Waterloo, ON at TQ Auto Care

I had an excellent experience with TQ Auto care for my vehicle’s brake issues. They took the time to carefully inspect the braking system and properly diagnose the problem instead of simply guessing or replacing parts unnecessarily. They explained the issue clearly and helped me understand what needed to be done.

The problem was identified with the brake master cylinder and brake booster, and both components were replaced professionally. The team did a great job troubleshooting the issue, finding the root cause, and carrying out the necessary repairs. Their attention to detail and systematic approach gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands.

Overall, I am very satisfied with their service, professionalism, and workmanship. They were knowledgeable, honest, and thorough throughout the repair process. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.Thank you to the team for diagnosing the issue correctly and getting the job done right!

The customer service provided is amazing. Not just to me. I had to spend several hours waiting for my vehicle to be repaired so was able listen and observe the two gentleman at the front desk. Truly amazing. Kind, considerate and professional. Tire swap, oil change and pads and rotor; time and money well spent. Highly recommend TQ Auto Care Westmount Rd.

Excellent service and a great experience at Total Quartz! The team was professional, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was properly checked. A special thanks to Lovepreet, who truly went above and beyond. He took extra time to make sure everything was right and even did a final test with me to ensure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Really appreciate the care, honesty, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great Service! Lovepreet was very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was quick and smooth with excellent customer service. Highly recommend...👍

The overall experience was great.I went in with a nail in my rear tire. Post inspection, they suggested go replace the tire. They quickly ordered it for me and the service was done in around 30 mins.

Tim was beyond helpful as usual. The quality of work that Total Quartz provides is what keeps us coming back. I couldn’t recommend a better garage for all services!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in for an oil change and had a great experience! Prem at the front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. He even made me laugh at the end by jokingly showing me a much higher bill. I was shocked for a moment, but when he revealed it was a prank and entered the actual price, I laughed so hard! His sense of humour made the visit memorable. Really cool guy with excellent customer service. Thank you, Prem! Highly recommend!

I get all of my vehicles done over here as they are fast, efficient without compromising on quality of service. Also I can trust them with all of my units. And don't need to follow up with them constantly.

The best place to get your car looked at without worrying about getting fleeced. Shubha is very knowledgeable and patient and does not treat you badly. They also have a sitting area which is very comfortable and welcoming with free water for you while you wait. Also the best part the cleanest washroom in a auto shop that I've every been to.

Tony’s customer service was exceptional, he was very friendly and kind! I brought my car in close to closing time for a small fix after the flooding that occurred in the region and wasn’t expecting to have the repair seen to do quickly. The team was fast and generous. I’ll be back for future repairs for sure!

We had our tyre repaired at TQ Auto Care after a nail/flat tyre. Great customer service and communication. Honest and fair prices. Highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to TQ for an A/C Inspection. Shubha was friendly, efficient and advised the process and costs of the initial inspection and possible recharge. He also told me it was a busy day and my car might not be finished until the am, giving me the option to come back another day. It was finished before COB and service was excellent. Shubha also told me to come back in 7 days so they could retest for any leaks and top up coolant if necessary, 2nd visit complimentary to complete initial service because fluid was too low to fully test. We will be back with both our vehicles. Inspection alone was 1/3 the cost vs dealership.

I'm a new customer for TQ and it's been a pleasure working with them from my first outreach to the repair. I was able to bring the car in next day and by 9.15 they had identified and fixed the issue and the price was way more than fair. Can't recommend highly enough - new loyal customer!
