The best place to get your car looked at without worrying about getting fleeced. Shubha is very knowledgeable and patient and does not treat you badly. They also have a sitting area which is very comfortable and welcoming with free water for you while you wait. Also the best part the cleanest washroom in a auto shop that I've every been to.

Tony’s customer service was exceptional, he was very friendly and kind! I brought my car in close to closing time for a small fix after the flooding that occurred in the region and wasn’t expecting to have the repair seen to do quickly. The team was fast and generous. I’ll be back for future repairs for sure!

This was my first visit to TQ for an A/C Inspection. Shubha was friendly, efficient and advised the process and costs of the initial inspection and possible recharge. He also told me it was a busy day and my car might not be finished until the am, giving me the option to come back another day. It was finished before COB and service was excellent. Shubha also told me to come back in 7 days so they could retest for any leaks and top up coolant if necessary, 2nd visit complimentary to complete initial service because fluid was too low to fully test. We will be back with both our vehicles. Inspection alone was 1/3 the cost vs dealership.

Amazing customer service and actual mechanical services. Came in about a month ago with a starter issue, fixed no problem and very reasonable pricing. Ended up hitting a raccoon a couple of weeks later and it had knocked my exhaust heat shield off. Brought it in for a quick fix and left with them fixing it on the house. Seems like a one of a kind honest shop. Highly recommend.

I worked with Sabah at the front desk and he was very helpful and nice. I am very picky with where I get oil changes and they had a great price with a $25 off promo. For my 2016 hknda crv it ended up being under $100 for full synthetic oil and filter. Service was also very quick (15-20 minutes). No rip offs or scams here. Great shop!

Perfect! The staff was very helpful, I got a flat tire the night before, I called first thing the next morning and they advised to bring the car in. I dropped the car off and with in 30 min they were able to look at my car/tire and check all remaining tires. I was advised I had to change all 4. I brought my all seasons in and they swapped all tires for me in about an hour. Very friendly, reasonable prices and very understanding. Will Definitely be going back for other services.

I get all my oil changes done at Total Quartz, Westmount location. The staff is friendly and very good at communicating the issues. They also show you the problem and explain why a certain part needs replacing. I would choose this shop instead of going to the dealer.

Brought my car in from out of town as wipers were not working. Right from the beginning they were all amazing. Unfortunately because I was out of town the part would not be in on time. They lossened the bolts on the wiper so no damage would be done to my car or the wipers. Highly recommend them. A definite 5 stars in my books all around. Such great and honest experience for me
